Shipping Information
Goodwill Tech currently delivers products within India only. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
- Shipping is free for all orders. Express delivery charges (if any) will be charged as per actual cost.
Please note: Goodwill Tech cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, especially for baby and kids products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
We ensure that all products delivered are:
- Fresh
- Original
- Unused
- High quality
Exceptional Cases
- If you receive a product with a genuine issue, you can contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review your request and assist you on a case-by-case basis.
- In all such cases (including damaged, used, tampered, missing items/parts, different product, or any product-related issue), it is mandatory to share a clear unboxing video.
- Without an unboxing video, the request may not be considered. Our team will proceed with the resolution only after reviewing the video evidence.
Refund Policy
- If you are returning the product, a charge of ₹100 will be deducted.
- If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days after we receive the product.
- If the returned product is found to be damaged, used, tampered with, or any parts/items are missing, Goodwill Tech reserves the full right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund or reject the refund request, depending on the condition of the product.
Damaged Product
- If you receive a damaged product:
- Please email us within 3 working days
- Share clear unboxing Video of the damaged item
- Our team will assist you with the resolution
